Umar Akmal (born 26 May 1990 in La ) is a Pakistani cricketer. He made his ODI debut on August 1, 2009 against Sri Lanka and made his Test debut against New Zealand at Dunedin on NUmar is the youngest brother of Adnan Akmal and Kamran Akmal who are also cricketers. While his brothers are wicket keepers, he is a right-handed batsman and a part time spinner. His roled model is his brother Kamran.
NovembUmar represented Pakistan in the 2008 U/19 Cricket World Cup in Malaysia. After his success at the U-19 level he earned himself a first clas* contract and played the 2007-08 season of the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy, representing the Sui Southern Gas team. He is considered a future asset for Pakistan cricket. He is an aggressive style cricketer. In only his sixth first clas* match he smashed 248 off just 225 deliveries, including four sixes.[1] He followed that up with an unbeaten 186 in his 8th first clas* match, off just 170 ba11s. He fared less well in his second season of first clas* cricket, with a string of low scores batting at number 3. He found form in the final few matches of the 2008/09 season and then in the RBS T20 tournament thus getting the selectors nod to play for Pakistan A side on their tour to Australia A.
Umar made his Test debut against New Zealand at Dunedin on November 23, 2009. On the third day of his debut test, Umar Akmal hit 129 runs from 160 ba11s becoming only the second Pakistani to score a hundred on debut away from home after Fawad Alam. This feat also made him the first Pakistani batsman to score both his maiden Test and ODI century away from home, following his ODI century against Sri Lanka. The innings was noted as special due to Pakistan's tough position in the match and the hundred partnership which Akmal was involved in alongside his elder brother Kamran. He followed up the century in the first innings with a fifty in the second innings.
In only his second test match he was moved up the order to the crucial spot of number 3, where he struggled initially but managed to counter-attack the hostile bowling with his natural flair, making 46 before he was undone by an inswinger by Daryl Tuffey. In the second innings he was moved down the order to his usual batting spot of number 5 as captain Mohammed Yousuf chose to bat at number 3 himself, and Akmal looked his usual aggressive self throughout his innings of 52 which came off only 33 ba11s. He had his first failure in the first innings of the third test at Napier where he was caught in the gully for a duck but scored a rearguard 77 in the second, promoting him to the leading run scorer of the series. Akmal finished the tour with 400 runs at an average of 57.14.

Douglas Erwin Bollinger (born 24 July 1981, Baulkham Hills, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia) is a professional Australian cricketer who currently plays first-class cricket for the New South Wales Blues and international cricket for Australia. He is a left-handed batsman and a left-arm fast bowler. He also plays for the Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League.
A resident of Parklea he commenced his playing career at 15 with Seven Hills Toongabbie RSL Cricket Club where he was noted as being no more than an enthusiastic but erratic bowler during his early days.[1]
The left-armer debuted for New South Wales in 200203. In the 200405 season, in an ING Cup match against South Australia, he picked up a hat-trick in dismissing the Redbacks' brittle top order. Following this innings, he did not continue this form. He generated some success in the One-Day form of the game, taking 27 wickets at an average of 28.32 in 20 matches leading to the Australian selectors naming him in a 30 man squad for the ICC champions trophy tournament in India. Bollinger is one of a select group of up and coming Australian cricketers who have spent time at the Commonwealth Bank Centre of Excellence honing their cricket skills, in the hope of gaining national selection.
The end of 200607 season saw the retirement of Glenn McGrath, who is the third highest wicket-taker in Test history, opening up a bowling position in the Australian team. Bollinger staked his claim early in the summer. He took a five wicket haul in NSW Pura cup match against WA. In a devastating spell of pace and swing not seen at the WACA for some years Bollinger claimed yet another hat-trick and ended up with the figures of 5/38. He made his Test debut for Australia on 3 January 2009 in the Third Test against South Africa at the SCG.
On 1 May 2009, Bollinger claimed his first ODI five-wicket haul, which came against Pakistan at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. He picked up 5/35 and won his first Man of the Match award. In the 6th ODI versus India at Guwahati, he took 4 wickets and was declared as the Man of the match again.
Bollinger was once again drafted into the Australian XI for the second of three Tests against the West Indies in November December 2009 following injuries to leading pacemen Ben Hilfenhaus and Peter Siddle. He took 5 wickets in the match at Adelaide, and continued his good bowling form into the third and final Test, taking career best figures of 5/70 in the first innings and 8/141 for the match.
On April 11, 2008, Bollinger married fiancee Tegan Sutherland in Wollongong. The couple also have a daughter named Sky.

Shane Robert Watson (born 17 June 1981 in Ipswich, Queensland) is an Australian cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-handed fast medium bowler. He mainly bats as an opener in international cricket, although he does not do so domestically.
He debuted for the Australian cricket team in 2002, playing his first one-day international against South Africa. While he has become a regular member of the one-day squad, Watson has played few Test Matches for Australia, having debuted against Pakistan at the Sydney Cricket Ground in January 2005. Despite being allocated to be Australia's designated Test all-rounder, injuries have often prevented him from claiming his position in the Test team. However, from the second half of 2009, Watson has acted as Australian Test opening batsman, along with Simon Katich. Watson was awarded the 2010 Allan Border Medal.
Watson is engaged to Fox Sports Australia presenter Lee Furlong. He has parti ted in several modelling shoots, such as the 2009 & 2010 Men of Cricket calendars and a shoot for Alpha Magazine.
Playing career
Early career
Watson started his first-class cricketing career for Tasmanian Tigers after leaving his home state of Queensland, but returned to play for his native Queensland Bulls as his international career was beginning. He has also played for Hampshire in the English County Championship. He regards Terry Alderman as one of his mentors.

Peter Matthew Siddle was born in Morwell, Victoria.[1] He grew up in Morwell, Gippsland and began playing cricket at the age of 14 for the Latrobe Cricket Club. As a teenager, he experienced success at under-17 level taking 11/47 in a state match, breaking the Victorian state record set by John Scholes.[1]
In 2004 Siddle attended the Australian Cricket Academy and made his first-class debut playing for Victoria against a touring West Indian side at Melbourne in November 2005.[1] In 2006 he attended the Academy again and was offered a full contract with the Victorian Bushrangers for the 200607 season. After that, despite suffering a number of shoulder injuries which limited his playing opportunities,[1] he became a regular in the Victorian side.
After just twelve first-class matches and touring India with Australia A, Siddle was named in the national 15-man squad for the four-Test tour of India on 12 September 2008, as back up to established bowlers Brett Lee, Stuart Clark and Mitchell Johnson. When Clark injured his elbow prior to the Second Test, Siddle was selected in the match squad. He made his Test debut at the Punjab Cricket Association Stadium in Mohali on 16 October 2008. He picked up 3/114 in the first innings, finishing with match figures of four for 176.[2]
Siddle lost his position when Clark recovered, only to regain it when the elbow injury recurred prior to the First Test against South Africa at the WACA, 2008. He broke through with three wickets in front of his home crowd at the Melbourne Cricket Ground during the Boxing Day Test against South Africa on his way to figures of four for 81 in the first innings.[3] Siddle backed this performance up in the next Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground, taking five for 59 in South Africa's first innings.[4] His efforts were not enough, however, to prevent Australia from succumbing to a historic home series defeat.[5]
Siddle also gave a fine account of himself on the South African leg of the rubber, in which the Australians triumphed 21. Going into the 2009 Ashes series, he had notched up 29 Test wickets at an average of 27.65. That it had come in six Tests against the South Africans and one in India, and with an economy rate of only 2.57 an over, made his record still more impressive.[6]
In the first Test of the 2009 Ashes Series, Siddle took 2/97 in the first days play.[7]
In the fourth Test of the 2009 Ashes Series, Siddle took 5/21 in the first day as his career best.

Sohail Tanvir (born December 12, 1984 in Rawalpindi, Punjab) is a Pakistani cricketer, who has gained repute for his unorthodox left arm bowling action and particularly for the success it has gained him in the Twenty20 format of the gameAn allrounder, he is a hard-hitting left-handed batsman and an unorthodox left-arm fast-medium bowler who also bowls occasional left-arm orthodox spin. Despite not having taken a single wicket during his ten Twenty20 matches domestically, he was selected for Pakistan's squad for the inaugral World Twenty20 after Shoaib Akhtar was sent home. He made his Twenty20 debut in the tournament, and took six wickets in six matches, with best bowling figures of 3 for 31 in four overs against Australia. Though considered an allrounder, Tanvir did not get a chance to bat in the tournament until the final, where he made his first international runs, with a six off his first ball, aiding Pakistan back into the game.
After impressing in the ICC World Twenty20, he was selected to play in the ODI series against South Africa in October, 2007. He was then selected for the tour of India, and took eight wickets in the ODI series. He also took part in the Test series that followed, making his debut in place of the injured Umar Gul. On debut at the Feroz Shah Kotla in Dehli, he took three wickets which included Sourav Ganguly and Rahul Dravid. In Asia Cricket Cup, June 2008, Pakistan played their first game against Hong Kong at Karachi. In that match, Pakistan's top order struggled to get grips with Hong Kong bowlers before Sohail Tanvir set up a 100 run stand along with Fawad Alam for the 8th wicket. Sohail scored his maiden ODI 50 in that match. He scored 59 off just 55 ba11s which took Pakistan to a respectable score of 288. After that, in the match vs. Sri Lanka, Tanvir took his first 5 wickets haul. He ended at 5/48 in 10 overs.
